Ask Better is a digital coaching question bank. Access to the full question bank is delivered immediately upon purchase and account creation. This policy explains when refunds are available and the conditions under which your statutory right of withdrawal may be waived.
14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for any user who has not yet accessed the digital service. To request a refund within this window, contact us at askbetter@claritypractice.coach before logging into or interacting with the app.
Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
By completing your purchase and logging into the Ask Better web app, or by performing a search or accessing any content within the app, you provide your express prior consent to the immediate performance of this contract.
You acknowledge that once the service has commenced — defined as the moment you log in and interact with the question bank — you lose your statutory right to a refund or withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU/UK Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
This waiver is consistent with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which permits sellers to begin performance of digital content contracts immediately upon a consumer's prior express consent, with the consumer's acknowledgement that their right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
Technical Faults
If you experience a verified technical fault that prevents you from accessing the service, please contact us at askbetter@claritypractice.coach within 14 days of purchase. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Email askbetter@claritypractice.coach with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address used to purchase and the date of purchase
- Describe the reason for your request or the technical issue encountered
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle) and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
